Jaimie Baxter Consulting, LLC launched after accumulating 20 years of experience managing and leading small corporate businesses in Los Angeles and nonprofits in the San Francisco Bay Area. I am a change-maker with a proven success record of leading teams and companies through large-scale transitions. My expertise is in small-to-medium sized corporate and nonprofit business operations and I excel in designing and building effective operational infrastructure to strengthen each company’s unique strategic position and support its mission.

If you’re looking to scale-up or scale-down, streamline your workflows, optimize your org chart, find and implement the best technology solutions, or design an achievable strategic plan, I will successfully guide you on that path to meet your company’s goals. I am adept at creating stability in the midst of ambiguity, and keeping my eye on details while fulfilling a big picture vision, driving community impact, and increasing revenue. My greatest values are integrity, equity, and transparency. Those are the guiding principals of all my endeavors.

In the past five years I spearheaded a merger/acquisition, led three cross-functional teams, completed a rebrand of a 44-year-old organization, designed two custom Salesforce platforms focused on improving customer experience, and guided two companies through executive leadership transitions – all with net positive results. Most recently, I restructured business operations in response to Covid-19, which resulted in increasing program revenue by 20% in six months and expanding the program’s reach internationally.

Imagine what I could do for your business!
